Dear Falcon Flyer:

This is my first day of online school, some of my friends told me how sad and boring it is, but school is not meant to be fun. I get ready for my next class because I’m scared that people will make fun of me for what I wear. And what if I scream out the wrong answer in class today. My friends said not to worry about it but, that’s all I could ever think about. I don’t know what to do and I am scared of the outcome that would come out of my decision.

Dear Virtual Student:

My advice to you is to stop worrying about what will happen in the future and to focus on what is going to happen now. You shouldn’t care about what people think about what you wear or how you think because you are your own person. Do not let your classmates or teachers tell you different about your personality and so what if they don’t like the way you look. If you give in to their slick and evil remarks, you’ll stoop all the way down to their level. Just take a basic procedure of calming and relaxing deep breaths then close your eyes and think of a place you love a lot. And every time you’re scared, go back to that place and never turn to that bad side.
