National Gratitude Month is a month where you are grateful and appreciate your surroundings, your family, friends and pets. National gratitude month was invented in 2015 by author Stacey Grewal . November embraces the power of gratitude and because of Stacey Grewal, November has been proclaimed “National Gratitude month” throughout Canada & the USA. We can take the time to remember all the things to be thankful for. Particularly in this day, we start doing challenges in life to help us proceed and motivate ourselves from bad things

Usually in national gratitude month, we humans decide to celebrate more on thanksgiving by giving thanks about the food and what’s around us. Gratitude month is just like Christmas, you can give gifts, be nice and worship one another.  Stacey Grewal was the person who founded national gratitude month,  she believes that gratitude should be used in your everyday life. She tells people to not listen to any negative from a person to think positive because the more you think negative the less hope you will have.

People say that gratitude always wins when it comes to any physical activity such as psychology, and personal well being.  Finding gratitude in your life and showing it to people around you is going to make them feel better about themselves.  Since Thanksgiving is National Gratitude month, Hispanics, the USA and Canada. They create foods from their culture and also eat turkey depending on if they like it or not. So , what is national gratitude day ? We people in the United States always celebrate either with friends or family. It’s still thanksgiving. We use the love people give us and give it back to them so they can think positive about it. Some religions on National gratitude take the day or the month to increase their door to door evangelism.

In conclusion, gratitude is always celebrated even when it’s not in its month. The lesson gratitude month teaches us is that if we want to be treated nice we have to treat other people the same. Gratitude is about sharing, being polite, and showing our peers that were all the same. It doesn’t matter if your different , everyone is similar in their own ways , gratitude is with most people who want to be happy and show others that they are worthy.
