Candance Parker is one of the best Woman basketball players in the WNBA and is still in the WNBA till now. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri. She grew up with 2 older brothers in the house. Candace fell in love with the sport at a young age and started practicing her skill. Now she is a mother of 8 year old Lailaa Parker and is 35 years old. She went to Native, Illinois high school and was the captain of the team and had back to back championships with them. She was nominated ​​Gatorade Prep Player of the Year and Naismith.

Continuing her basketball career, she won the dunk contest in the All American games, she became the first woman to dunk in a game. She went to Tennessee and got into the basketball HOF, (Hall of Fame) but shortly after, she got injured and couldn’t play. She came back and just like that, she was named the SEC rookie of the year. She led the Lady Vals to the championship and became the first woman to dunk in a college game twice. It came to the last seconds of the game and she hit the game winning shot to win the championship. Basketball Writers Association National Player of the Year, Kodak All- American, and earned the NCAA Final Four MVP award in both 2007 and 2008.
