Do you have or like TikTok? Well the good news is that you can make money working and  watching Tiktoks!!! I know what you’re thinking, you’re probably confused and wondering what do I mean by that, well let me tell you. I did some research and I found out that you can make money as a quality analyst, making $47K-$70k a year!! I know! I’m not the only one who thinks about what they enjoy and which career is best for them. I love Tiktok and I enjoy watching it the most out of doing anything else throughout my day. 

Now, back to the quality analyst career, well it turns out that they play a big role in the Tiktok industry. As a Tiktok quality analyst, you will assess the overall quality of performance by moderation sites and ensure compliance to policy and process. You will ensure all assigned tasks are executed and deliverable. You will review TikTok content, often of a graphic nature, and enforce policy decisions related to content. You will be on the front lines, handling sensitive, complex user-facing issues to protect the platform and keep users safe. You must be proficient in communicating findings back to leadership in a timely manner. Not only will I get to enjoy working for tiktok but I get to watch videos all day and dictate what violates the platform. 

A quality analyst is very important and reliable in any business. The quality analyst for Tiktok has many responsibilities such as maintaining expert understanding of TikTok’s policies, procedures, app features, and internal documents, Identify improvement areas for moderator performance and work closely with internal stakeholders and site leadership to prepare solutions,participate in weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on policy and process, work on AdHoc projects as requested by leadership, perform weekly Audits across multiple workflows and Lines of Business, perform data analysis into problematic error trends, document, and report findings to leadership and key stakeholders. 

Quality analysts are very useful all around the world to keep a business running and successful. In order to become a quality analyst you will need to obtain a degree in computer science or programming field, secure experience through internships, and you also have to be able to hone your skills in areas such as knowledge and troubleshooting. Also you will need to have a mentor and you need to be able to require what is expected of you.Â
