Everyone has a role model right? A role model is someone who inspires the main reader or person to do better, or to start a small career they always wanted to do. I’m writing this article because I want to let everyone know about this person who i spires me. Oscar de la Renta was a Dominican fashion designer, who was trained by Cristóbal Balenciaga and Antonio del Castillo, became known in the 1960s as one of the couturiers who dressed Jacqueline Kennedy, and his eponymous fashion house has boutiques around the world including in Harrods of London and Madison Avenue in New York. He was born on Friday July 22nd 1932, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

What influenced Oscar de la Renta to become a designer ? De la Renta was inspired by Spain, the East, and the garden. That’s cool!! And he creatively layered these themes into his designs. Looking closely at the details of four ensembles, all featured in the exhibition and pulled from the Museum’s own permanent collection, reveals how he incorporated these influences. It is natural for Oscar to think before he acts, to constantly plan the short- and long-term future. To keep elaborate notes and diary entries with everything well planned and written down. He also knows how to work effectively and efficiently with others in business, while maintaining self control and discipline, and teaching them to appreciate knowledge as the key ingredient to success.

Did you know that before Oscar de La Renta wanted to be an abstract painter? That’s so neat!! He has also run a family business And!! He has been a philanthropist!! [ a person who seeks to promote the welfare of others, especially by the generous donation of money to good causes. ] Oscar de la Renta attracts financial success more than any other Life Path, but effort is still required. His challenge in life is to achieve a high degree of detachment, to understand that power and influence must be used for the benefit of mankind. The was born with the Number 8 Life Path. Those who do not understand the real and relative value of money are bound to suffer the consequences of greed; they run the risk of losing it all! Oscar De La Renta, tangible influence on me because Oscar is over-organized, he should practice finding his way in a disarrayed environment, or otherwise feel confused and in disarray himself. But if he ignores the details in favor of the bigger picture, others might view Renta as undisciplined with details, and not appreciate his great planning skills.

In conclusion, Oscar de la Renta has been through so much as he has been through so much and has inspired so many more young adults to follow their passion of designing/ fashion. He was noticed by so many famous fashion designers, Originally he wanted to be an abstracted painter, but what really caught his attention was designing, and he absolutely loved that.Â
